Choosing a career path is a defining moment, and for me, that path has been a deep dive into management world. My journey started with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), which helped me providing the essential building blocks: marketing principles, financial accounting, and organizational behavior. Presentations, group assignments, and my first corporate internship broke me out of my shell. I quickly learned that business isn't just about spreadsheets; it is deeply rooted in human psychology and effective collaboration. It gave me the technical vocabulary and taught me how businesses operate on a day-to-day basis. However, as I neared graduation, I realized I wanted more than just tactical execution skills.
